I am not as confident as I'd like to be that Hillary, now defeated, will not, like once-defeated Mordor, rise again, in 2012 or 2016, but I cannot help celebrate her failure in 2008. I really don't think I could have endured it if eight years of the Shrub''s puerile finger-wagging was immediately succeeded by four years of daily harangues from The Smartes Woman in the World. I think I'd rather invade Mordor unarmed, wearing nothing but rice paper skivvies, and carrying a big sign, "Yo, Orcs! Eat Me!" (OTOH... It'll be at least three years before I once again have the fun of telling a Hillary canvasser, "I'm sorry. I really can't support Senator Clinton because she reminds me so much of Richard Nixon.")
