I’m just waiting for a condominium with a view of a fast food restaurant alleyway to get “view taxed”. It’s the nature of the beast, NH collects primarily off property taxes, so they naturally want to pump every last dollar into the state valuations of property. Especially since the state never does eminent domain, they only benefit from raising the appraised value of a property. The “view tax” is just the most subjective, arbitrary element in said valuation.
Sorry Michael. Sometimes the ideas go into my back burner and when they come out, I don’t recall who suggested them. I tried to make it up to you by buying some stuph using your Amazon link.
she must’ve come up from Planning and Zoning.. now that’s a scary thought..
