Some people would say that cliffs do not exist because a cliff is a concept. They would say that hills and mountains exist but cliffs do not just lkike they claim that trees exist but forests do not exists. I don’t agree with that but there are people who do. Perhaps you have heard someone say that government does not exist and then after saying that define what government is. Perhaps someone from Canada which they would claim doesn’t exist either.
