Today is a continuation of Delusions Instead of Despair so be sure to read that first.
For all of you showing concern about the insinuations of violence, just know that Angry Josh is all bark and no bite. Chill.

Loved it- as usual
The last frame clearly describes a lesser of two evils.
Those are the sweetest goggles ever.
oh, I’ve got fangs. This dog just has managed to squeeze his rage into a tight little ball and save that baby for later. “Brutally Honest Josh” just doesn’t have the same ring to it.
For the sake of establishing context, Vesuvius is my local friend who inspired the “Angry Josh” character. He does get “colorfully expressive” at times, but to my knowledge he’s not inclined to violence.
And Dale hits another 3 pointer at the buzzer, from just inside the half court line to win the game.
Your “All bark and no bite.” cracked me up..
I would agree with you, but you just want to replace “violent authoritarian government” with violent authoritarian capitalist control.
What authoritarian group currently known to man is capitalist? If you don’t have unfettered private control of the means of production you don’t have capitalism. Just as if you don’t have pure commonly controlled means of production you don’t have socialism.
The very basis of capitalism is authoritarian. For an extreme example, if I described a situation in which a person was essentially forced to process and produce cotton for very long hours, under constant threat of being beaten if the person does not produce enough who in return for this is only given enough to continue to process and produce cotton (food, essentially), you’d probably think I was describing African-American slaves in the 1800′s. But this very accurately describes child labor in India, that goes to produce cotton for subcontractors of the Monsanto corporation. Well, I didn’t mention the part about the children being poisoned by the extremely toxic pesticides that Monsanto uses.
If you don’t have unfettered private control or commonly controlled means of production or any other controlled mean of production you have anarchism. In other words people shouldn’t be controlled by anyone other than themselves, and labor should be done by free-association.
Who is it exactly that you would agree with except that they want to establish violent authoritarian capitalist control? I don’t see any posts to establish such a context.
