IMPORTANT NEWS!
Beginning with the latest comic, the RSS feed will now feature the full-sized comic. This means you’ll no longer need to visit this site to see the comic at full resolution. If you appreciate this new convenience, I hope you’ll show your appreciation by visiting the “Support” page. There are many things you can do to support the comic and most of them are free and take very little time or effort.
I apologize that this one was posted so late. This has been the busiest week for me since I moved to New Hampshire.

the padded door-handle was a nice touch..
Oh, that’s what it is…I was wondering why there was a brown roll of toilet paper in the frame.
I think it’s a pencil sharpener and not a door handle
.
looks like 3-3-3 to me.
Love it! I thought the door was above his head, he’d just made it underneath the big sliding door (sliding down) that was going to shut and trap everyone in the room. But of it might as well there as that’s what they do anyway!
Thanks Dale!
O.k…. Now “Brick in the Wall” is playing in my head….
Thinking back to restroom “hall passes” gives me the willies.
Yeah, willies all over, icky. One word, homeschool.
Oh, that takes me back…
I think the only time I really went to school was when I needed to buy more drugs…
I don’t know what change you made, but I USED to get the (shrunken) comics in the RSS feed, and now they don’t appear at all! Doesn’t bother me that much because I click through anyway, but I figure you should know there’s a problem.
NITPICKING TIME
you misspelt “principal’s office”.

But srsly, can’t wait to see what happens next.

Are you saying the teacher is wrong? How dare you question our government mandated educational experts like that!
Bill Watterson comic I ran across:

As I said on the last comic, I feel really sorry for those of you who had to suffer through teachers and administrators that actually enforced these rules. I have never gotten into the habit of wearing a hat, and that was the only one that was ever enforced at my school. I spent most of my days in class lounging sideways in the desk, and no one ever wanted to talk to the teacher, so it consisted of the teacher trying (mostly in vain) to find someone who was willing to answer the question but wasn’t one of the five or so that answered everything. Talking amongst ourselves was always easily manageable.
I had never viewed public school from this perspective. And now that I have seen this comic I will never think of it the same way again.
