Here’s a stupid law. If you have a phone or digital camera, it’s legally *REQUIRED* to make a clicking noise. This way, the police know if someone’s secretly photographing them.
Of course, someone with technical ability can disable this. It’s illegal to make a silent camera.
I’ve really been enjoying these cartoons, and this one is just as true. Government is so obsessed and paranoid.
