Actually, there are chemical imbalances that can lead to mental health issues. For example, sex addiction is in fact often an addiction to the chemical oxytocin, or possibly other chemicals (many of which can also be released by taking MDMA, and in fact a low dose of MDMA could potentially be used to treat some sex addicts effectively, unfortunately MDMA is illegal, so…..)
There are some other good examples, hormonal issues can often trigger mood disorders for example and treatment through hormonal stabilization has proven effective in these areas.

I know I have not exactly been prolific lately. I’m sorry but don’t lose hope yet. I’ve been super swamped with writing and producing a horror movie but I got inspired for several comics recently and I’m trying to adapt so that I can produce more regularly. Detail may have to be sacrificed. I was about to draw a comic Friday when my hard drive crashed and it’s taken me several days to diagnose and fix the problem. I anticipate a release on Monday.

I’ve been wondering how many diseases are actually psychological rather than biological. It’s hard to be sure. I don’t trust the State medical cartel.
