Instructions for game tokens:

You’ll need a 1″ hole puncher and some thin cardboard. Print the PDFs onto cardstock of the color of your choice. I use 95% scale but you might want to experiment on plain paper first. You may want to spray the sheets with clear coat so the ink doesn’t rub off from lots of handling. There are an even number of each token (in most cases) so you can make them double-sided. Tides of Chaos is an exception because it just gets flipped over when you use it. Punch out a lot of 1″ rounds from thin cardboard from boxes such as from soda can twelve packs or tissue boxes. Use a glue stick to thoroughly coat the surface and stick a matching token on either side.

Instructions for money tokens (D&D monopoly money!):

You’ll need a 3/4″ hole puncher which is right about the size of a penny. Print the PDFs onto cardstock of colors close to the money (gold for gold, gray for silver, etc.). I use 95% scale but you might want to experiment on plain paper first. I recommend spraying the sheets with clear coat so the ink doesn’t rub off from lots of handling. I find some cardstock colors are worse than others about this. Punch out a lot of 1″ rounds from thin cardboard from boxes such as from soda can twelve packs or tissue boxes. Use a glue stick to thoroughly coat the surface and stick a matching token to either side.

Exceptions: I skip the cardboard altogether for single coin tokens to speed things up and so they feel smaller. You’ll need a lot of these. For 1K tokens or 10K tokens, I use actual pennies instead of cardstock to give them extra thickness and weight and I glue them on with liquid Elmer’s glue. You won’t need as many of those.
